David (Dave) Stark

Specialising in the rural, viticultural, horticultural and lifestyle properties, pastoral farming blocks, Dave is an experienced property consultant with over 27 years of property valuations under his belt in the Marlborough and Nelson regions. He has seen the transformation of greater Marlborough into the busy province we know today.

Dave is a:

• Registered Public Valuer, holding an Annual Practising Certificate,
• Fellow member of the Property Institute of New Zealand
• Fellow member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers.

Dave’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Agricultural Commerce specialising in Valuation and Farm Management.
When he’s not at work Dave can be found cycling the byways of Marlborough, and has completed the Kekerengu Moa Hunt, Molesworth Muster and Graperide. Dave also enjoys playing golf and tennis as well as fishing in the Marlborough Sounds.
